Clifty Falls State Park lies on the west side of Madison in Jefferson County, Indiana. This was founded and opened for public use in 1920 to accommodate the growing interest in civic parks across the nation. Among its many attractions are the four waterfalls and an abandoned railroad tunnel. Interestingly, the park’s waterfalls change moods depending on the season and the weather conditions.
